Dalby Baptist Church is more than just a building; we are the people who come together to worship our God. We aim to encourage one another to know Jesus deeply and make Him known widely. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Foolishness or Faithfulness - Church Online

Welcome to church for this Sunday! We continue to remember and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ - ‘Our Living Hope’ - in this Eastertide period. I have been encouraged by the words of Psalm 139 recently - “You have searched me O God, and You know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; You perceive my thoughts from afar... Where can I go from Your Spirit? ... if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there Your hand will guide me.” God is present with us everywhere, in every season. We can sing praise (as Paul and Silas did in prison (Acts 16), and Ps Rob reminded us of in a sermon a few weeks ago). We have a reason to sing! We have a reason to worship! He is still God and He is still good. A number of families from our church have been enjoying music from ‘Rend Co Kids’, an offshoot of the band Rend Collective. We’ve included a fun song by Rend Co Kids at the end of this week’s playlist - ‘God of Science’. Truth with a side of silliness which primary schoolers might particularly appreciate! May God’s blessings be upon you and His grace be within you this week.
